All course completion cards are delivered to students through

American Heart Association Ecard email delivery methods. All students are required to provide a valid email address, in order to receive course completion cards and supplies. Once student has CLAIMED their ECARD the INSTRUCTOR CAN NOT resend card and an additional fee of $35 will

be charged for a REPLACEMENT CARD. ALL ACLS students are REQUIRED to complete online pre course before attending course. Course completion certificate will be required to enter ACLS course. Course completion certificates are required( blended learning ONLY) and a copy must

be provided to instructor at the time of your physical course. All BLS Renewal students must provide their current BLS card as proof for entrance into course. Student manuals will be shipped to address provided using USPS. Allow for 5-7 business days for shipping time.

When scheduling on website student is required to pay in

full upon booking your seat. $25 deposit will go deducted from the price of your course and secures your seat in class. NO CALL NO SHOW students WILL NOT receive refund. If student calls to RESCHEDULE course at least 24 hours before course, the course of course minus $25 will be applied to future course.
